We are a community of believers who are committed to Bible-centered teaching, passionate worship, and loving fellowship. We are an evangelical (gospel-proclaiming) church that seeks to glorify the Lord in all that we do (Luke 10:27; Matt. 22:37). Our community is warm and welcoming, and we invite you to join us in worshiping our risen Savior.

Our Service And Worship
At Calvary Community Church we offer a blend of contemporary and traditional worship suitable for congregational worship (Ephesians 5:19).
We practice weekly communion and we place high value in scripture reading and preaching, prayer and fellowship, and serving our community.
Ministry
All of us are God’s renovation project. We want to be part of the restoration process!

Our Beliefs
We recognize the universal and global church made up of all true believers. We seek to remain united with the church in essential beliefs and practices. We believe the Bible is the inspired and infallible Word of God that testifies to Jesus Christ. The Bible is fully authoritative for all matters of faith and salvation. We believe Christ has empowered His Church with the gifts necessary to carry on His ministry on the earth. The gifts described in 1 Corinthians 12:1-11 are for believers of all generations and are to be used to minster both within the church and in the world as tools to fulfill our assignment as disciples. We are in agreement with the core and essential teachings of the Christian faith expressed in the Nicene Creed, Apostles Creed, and Athanasian Creed.

Senior Pastors: Don and Jeannine
Associate Pastor: Nik Wight
Don and Jeannine Wight, senior pastors of Calvary Community Church since 1994, bring decades of expertise in pastoral work from previous appointments in Mitchell, SD, Garden City, KS, and Saratoga, WY. Don Wight is a graduate of North Central Bible College, Don focuses on expository preaching, while Jeannine leads women’s studies, hospitality, and creative arts. They jointly produce inspirational radio content, notably “Word of God Speak To Me.” Embracing the motto “Gospel Centered. Life Together,” Don and Jeannine ensure a welcoming atmosphere, fostering spiritual development based on sound doctrine, sincere worship, and mutual support.

NIK WIGHT
Nik Wight, after working several years with persons with disabilities (Direct Care Professional), felt a strong call on his life to enter into ministry. Since January 2011, Nik has served as Student Pastor and leader of our Friends ministry to persons with disabliities. Nik is ordained by Kingdom Covenant Churches and Ministries (KCCM) and has recieved an B.Div from Chrisitan Leaders Institute (CLI). He is passionate about stutent discipleship and ministry to persons with disabilities, working with students to become more integrated into the life of the congregation.
Pastor Jon Henson
Pastor Jon Henson has been serving in ministry for over 20 years, with a passion for marriage ministry and young adult and young family ministry. He has pastored churches in Cody and Pennsylvania, and has a heart for seeing the Kingdom of God advanced in Wyoming and beyond.
Pastor Jon is committed to preaching and teaching the Word of God in a way that is engaging and relevant to everyday life. He believes in the power of the gospel to transform lives and families, and is dedicated to helping people of all ages grow in their faith.
Pastor Jon is married to his wonderful wife, Sheila, and they have four children together. He and his family loves serving the community and advancing the Kingdom of God in Wyoming and beyond.
